Hello Thelis, you lie flat, not a problem, completely painless, and you will I am sure be amazed at your sight improvement, when everything has settled down. Best wishes.

I lay flat on a table, my hubby sat in a chair reclined fully for one but not quite flat for the other. Different hospitals all 3 ops.I was given a pillow under my legs as I suffer if laid flat.

If you have concerns ask your place before your op.

All ours were completely painless and recovery good. Just lots of drops for a while after.

You most likely had your Cataract removed already. I had one in each eye. It is an easy procedure and you should feel good after. Hope your vision is better.

I have been recommended to have a general anaesthetic so looks like a long wait. Thanks for your reply. xx
