my 3 year old just been diagnosed as server visually impairment but although I agree he doesn't have 20 20 vision but I really believe he can see something and a lot more that the ophthalmologist give him credit for.
my son was born at 26weeks and 3 days and this is the cause of the vison loss.

I'm really sorry to hear about your little boy but this isn't something we would be able to advise you on. You could try the RNIB and ask their advice on 0303 123 9999 which is their helpline number. Alternatively, you could ring the Macular Society to ask them if they could point you in the right direction, their helpline number is 0300 3030 111. I'm sorry that I could not give you anything further than this but I do wish you all the best and hope that someone can help your son. x
I believe unless it is a macular condition he has, it will be better for you to speak to the RNIB as sprincross suggested. They deal with all sight loss conditions whereas we deal with a specific type of condition.
