Good Morning everyone!!

What tips and tricks do you have for household cleaning? Do you use any aids or bits of technology to help you - or have you started doing something differently to make it easier? I'd love to hear what you do!!

Becky :)

Ha ha, I do LESS. Rather spend my time reading than dusting lol :)

Unless it's an injection day coming up of course ;) .

On a practical front I've reduced clutter on shelves etc so fewer things to knock off.

I’m all for reducing clutter. A few days ago, my hubby unpacked a box that has been in the garage since we moved here, in 2007. Do I really need nick knacks that I haven’t seen in all those years?? Anyway, I’m not the cleaner any more - sight not good enough to see dust.

I use my Karcher window vac for all sorts of non-porous hard surfaces - glass tables for example. So much easier and faster and no smears.

By the way, all this extra hand washing makes our hands much drier and a pharmacist warned me about skin cracking thus being more open to viruses. I’ve ordered some eczema cloth gloves online - basically you slather on hand cream then wear gloves overnight and this helps it work better.
