AMD and blue light

One hears about lutein et al acting as a filter for blue light, and the dangers of UV light on the progression of dry AMD. I was just wondering if there is any good evidence of the blue light from computers, phones etc being a danger.

I am concerned as I spend the majority of my working day looking into a computer as well as a lot of the evening, and would not like to be accelerating the progression of my dry AMD.

Thanks

Nick
