I cannot see the screen on my Kindle Fire outside, or my basic phone. Can anyone recommend the best models for phones, ipads, tablets for people with AMD? I suffer a lot from glare

I have a Sony e reader which has a large paperback size screen ( so smaller than most tablets) but is fine in sun and can enlarge text. It has a long battery life. Can load music files too and it has a note writing section. I also have a waterproof case so I can take it in the pool ( my fave place to read on hot hols lol) or on beach. It has its own ' library' software but also can upload files from pc etc. Mine's quite old now, not sure what's latest model.
