why can nobody be bothered to answer the phone

why does nobody answer the telephone in kettering x-ray department ? ( I am sure the respond to any union calls ) neither my g p or myself can get a answer.do I have to pay three pounds per hour to get a response ?... kettering general hospital failing miserably

When I had issues seeing my Consultant so I could be registered sight impaired my dr had even written a letter so I phoned my hospital and spoke to someone in PALS. Within a week I had an appointment to see my consultant. Could you try PALS at your hospital ?

Al letter of complaint to the Trust, or just the x ray dept. with copy to Trust may help.

You don't say why you needed an X-Ray or why you need to call them. My nephew is a radiologist and would never be in a position to talk to patients . . .it is your doctor who would get any results to discuss with you. That's in the UK anyway!

I don't think X-ray departments, well in my area anyhow, have the facility to answer phones to patients,.their time is usually spent doing the actual x rays . Maybe you are ringing the wrong place !
