Is there a cure for Fibromyalgia?

My husband has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but has been systematic for 2 years. His employer is going to dismiss him due to ill health. We feel like no-one wants to help. We have no idea what help we can get. Can anyone out there please point us in the right direction.

I was medically retired from my job because of Fibromyalgia I am on ESA now. Go to CA they can help good luck.
