I refer to it as Kevin syndrome. Harry Enfields character drops his arms by his sides and stoops forward which is exactly how I get. It’s like hitting the invisible button on my forehead and me powering down. My brain turns off and I can sleep for a few days non stop. It’s the fatigue that I find the worst thing
