i say just because their is snow on the roof doesn't mean fire has gone out. its raining here and i so much wanted to do a 2 mile walk even though im climbing the wall with the sore feet and ankle and knee. how the heck i have got like this and don't know which way to turn regards what the heck is the problem. is it the hip is it the back is it the legs. we went on a barge trip down the canal and i think i sent it down when i stepped of the boat. didn't seem right. but all this other stuff going on its not all a knee and and ankle i feel. i keep running a tennis ball under my foot to help with that a bit. oh and we went all the way through a pandemic and 4 week ago i got covid that didn't help i felt like i was 90 trying to get down stairs. im trying to decide whether to go see private rumi again or what to do cos i am not getting much out of the nhs.
my hands are sore, my knees are sore my feet are sore at bottom and ankle is giving way, and now i got some back ache with trying to walk. i got my orthotics in and it doesn't seem to be helping any. oh and i got some groin pain to the better leg.
private rumi last time i saw him said it was entheses. well its 6 years since they drilled out all my knee and i got that back to perfection. and a kenologue jab in the bum stopped all the immune system going daft but this thing seems like its trying to take me out again after 6 years of perfection.

I find that I think that when I think I’ve got the balance right, something creeps up and pokes me,it’s as though my various diagnoses aren’t happy unless one of them is making things harder.
I get some groin pain,I go to a private sports physio, she keeps me going, it’s like retuning the engine.
I go once a month now, used to be 2 weekly,so that’s some sort of result.
I tried NHS physio, wasn’t very successful,I’d rather pay to feel a little better.
At 81, I have been informed that my right leg is shorter than my left. Dr. gave me a lift to help, and it does. Also, after injections and blocks did not work, I asked for an appointment with a doctor who does osteopathic manipulation. This seems to be relieving some of the pain.
