I may have posted this before on NRAS but wondered if anyone else gets this on their hands?
It's tiny little red/purple freckles that come up quite quickly and then fade over a few hours.
I have shown rheumatologist.
Just suddenly came up while I was online. It happens every few weeks and I have no idea what causes it. Often happens on both hands but today just the right.

I have not had this in my hands before. They look like what are called petechiae. It is when the small capillaries leak blood a tiny bit into the surrounding tissue and small dots of redness appear. These can sometimes be absorbed quickly back into the body whcih can take a day or a couple. When this happens have you had pressure on that site or bumped the hand?
