Hello, Has anyone else experienced Covid with Lupus and MCTD and tried going back to work too early after testing negative for Covid then signed off by GP, work now pressuring asking by text “are you any better?” on fifth day of being signed off, Not sure if I should drag myself in tomorrow and see if I can cope fatigue is coming in waves and affects memory recall and shortness of breath at times but is not as bad as was when I was pinned down on bed five days ago, legs feel like jelly.
Are there any supplements which could help recovery that anyone knows of or just to help with fatigue and memory recall?
Thank you 🙏
