I’ve become amazed with your lovely photos. Learning your landscape is wonderful. I need to learn how to post photos so perhaps people not familiar with a tropical climate can enjoy another kind of beauty. Thanks Stills.

I’d love to see your pictures, give it a go. I use my iPhone and simply go to - POST AND ADD PICTURE - which takes you to your device picture gallery and select. If this old grandma can do it, you can 📸

Transient beauty of Autumn, if only it lasted longer, bare trees will everywhere soon. How are you feeling?

Hi, sore to be honest. I was helping my niece move house, as you do, on Friday. I decided to squash a cardboard box to make it fit into the recycling. It was dark, raining, and I slipped on the box and went up in the air a little. I landed on a 2ft high 3ft x 2ft concrete planter that was concreted to the ground. I landed on my ribs at the back and my right arm. This is how it looked that night but everything is going black now. I have costochondritis anyway so you can imagine the pain all around. Not very flattering photos but then I didn’t care at the time. I am still in so much pain with the ribs. The arm is bruised from the wrist to elbow but very little pain. Now my hips are hurting too. Such is life!

I’ll admit, I wasn’t a brave soldier! When I could breathe I cried. Then shouted at my husband who tried to pull me up! Not my finest hour but if he had pulled my arm as suggested I would have either passed out with pain or clocked him one, such was the pain. Safest option - shout no! Lol.

Hope your niece is bringing you a shepherds pie round tonight

The other annoying thing is we were clearing up a load of leaves and rubbish from outside the garage. I wasn’t much help with bending but did manage a few bits. In one pile there was a lense from someone’s glasses, counters from children's games, bits of pencils, leaves etc. At the end we had loads of black bags full ready for the tip, all piled on top of each other. I then went to read something and pulled my reading glasses off my head to find one lense missing! I now have to go to Boots opticians to get it sorted. Flipping nightmare of a day! I don’t know if I can do the bouncy journey on my mobility scooter yet because of the pain but you have to laugh at the whole situation. Lose my lense and pack it up for the tip then go for a ride on a cardboard box. All done in the failing light and rain. It could only happen to me! Makes me laugh. X

Thank you. Still hurting as I breathe in deep or cough, or bend, or walk too quickly, try to brush my hair etc. It’s getting better each day. X

Beautiful photo. Just what the doctor ordered. Oh, right, that would be out of the box. Thank you so much for the inspiring beauty.

Healing hugs.
