Hypersensitive vaccination site?

Hi everyone, relative newbie here!

I have APS and was diagnosed with lupus at the beginning of April. I had my first Pfizer vaccine beginning of May. About a week later I got a bruised feeling at the top of my arm where the site of the jab was. It settled down over a few days but since then the skin has been hypersensitive. I just had to brush it with my hair for it to twinge. I can’t see anything (I do have some moles in the area but they don’t look unchanged) and I don’t know whether to ring my GP about it because I don’t know what they could possibly suggest to help it! Had anyone else been left with this or have any tips for settling it down?
