Nose Ulcers

Hi All, I am awaiting diagnosis, tests are being done. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have nasal ulcers, I also have a white rash/Mark/skin discolouration on my septum, my gp doesn’t know what it is. We were querying if it could be a rash or scar tissue or something. I appreciate no one can diagnose but I was wondering if anyone had anything similar? Thank you x

Hi.yes nasel and mouth ulcers are a common symptom with lupus.mouth ulcers can also be a sign of b12 deficiency x

Do you have sjogrens ? I do & suffer from same problem. Steroid cream prescribed. Check with consultant

Yes I have sjorgens but rarely suffer from ulcers now x

I’m actually seeing a doctor this afternoon, I’m going to ask them. I’ve just had a look at the symptoms and can tick all of them off 😅 so I’m definitely going to ask. It’s this white skin that’s mystifying my gp. Thank you x
