Phone appointment with Rheumatologist

Had my appointment , was quite anxious , has a lot to discuss . Joints , swellings , medication , jerking, stomach pains , balance etc etc ...

Appointment was very very rushed . Less than 10mins .

Said would send me a face to face appointment in the next couple of weeks .

Its good that they're following through with a face to face so they can assess you properly. Definitely the way to go

I had mine about 3 weeks ago. Similar story but my follow up is booked for September...Apparently I sounded so well...🙄

What is happening with this world and humanity???

My GP said that to me too. How the hell can you sound well? What an utterly ludicrous thing to say isn’t it? I am so very sorry that you had that experience too xx

My goodness , September is a long time to wait . You can sound well , with 2 broken legs , very strange reply .

Same thing happened to me on February. First follow up with the rheumatologist after being discharged from the hospital. Lasted 4 minutes. My next phone appointment is the 5th of May. Now I am getting balance problems. I fell at work a few times. I don’t know...do I call the office??? What do I say ?? I am on 400mg Plaquenil. Could it be that??
