Good morning Folks - here we have a festive picture of Mira, we put the Christmas 🎄 tree up (yes I know early but I just love Christmas 🎄) and wondered if Mira the minx would leave it alone with all the baubles on it and she hasn’t touched it much to my amazement. The chickens are doing very well and Priscilla has been laying an egg every other day, she,s the biggest chook. Have a good week every one, until next Monday ❤️

Fab! Good for you for getting all Christmassy nice and early - I know quite a few families who have got the festive decs out already this year and why not?! A bit of sparkly cheer is very much needed at the moment! Good pup Mira and well done to the chooks!! 🎄🐣💕

Mira is looking lovely as ever. 😍 Did you knit her jumper? It looks great. Clever Priscilla too. There’s nothing like a fresh free-range egg. 👍🏻👍🏻 I recall you saying Connor loves Christmas. Will be be coming to see your tree and festive decorations? 🎄🎅🏼 I bet he’ll love it! 🤗😘

No I didn’t knit that particular jumper but am knitting a stegosaurus dog jumper which is fun that I will post a pic of when I finish it - I’m so enjoying knitting 🧶😂 yes Connor loves Christmas but as Down syndrome adults are now classed as very vulnerable he is not allowed to visit until Christmas Eve when I always go and pick him up he then stays with me to the day after Boxing Day - I guess they are classed as vulnerable is because a lot have heart problems and are obese - fortunately Connor is very slim and he did have a hole in his heart as a baby but thankfully it healed on it’s own - he is very healthy 😊 I haven’t seen Connor for 4 weeks and he is very upset that I haven’t seen him, he dosnt understand it all- however the staff where he live said that I can visit him on Friday if I wear an apron , gloves and mask that they will provide and keep my distance from him, he lives in a lovely house with 4 other young adults and the staff are wonderful. He loves going Christmas shopping to get all the family presents so thought I would take my iPad and sit with him and plan out what he could buy people online for Christmas 🎄 sorry the reply was abit long but bless you for thinking of Connor xx

The stegosaurus jumper sounds a lot of fun! 😆 Can’t wait to see it!Aww that is hard for both Connor and you not seeing each other for 4 weeks, so you’ll both be looking forward to Friday even more than usual. I bet he’ll love planning with you what he can buy on-line for people for Christmas. Not the same as normal Christmas shopping for sure, but hopefully an exciting experience for him anyway especially when it means spending time with his Mum. 🥰 That is amazing that the hole in his heart healed on it’s own and great to hear he is so healthy. 👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks for sharing that with m e SV and I hope you both have a great day on Friday and then look forward to Christmas Eve.🎄 Have fun. 🤗😘

Another lovely photo of the gorgeous Mira. Looks so adorable in her jumper. It is nice to get things looking festive. We get a real, potted, tree and it was bought on Saturday, decorated Sunday. Will be planted in the garden after Christmas. Xx 🎄 🎅🏼
