Hello Kate

My favourite way of dealing with nausea is Ginger tea. An inch or so of fresh ginger root chopped into a mug, a big teaspoon ( or two) of honey and fill it up with boiling water, top with cold to taste give it a stir and drink it down.

..you could add a little cinnamon if you like.

You will feel like you are going to explode for a short while, but it really does work.

Hope this helps.
