High white cell count

Has anyone had a random elevated white cell count? Mine is 13,000 no, colds or other infections.

What medications are you on? Corticosteroids will lead to a raised level without any other cause.

Plaquinel, no steroids at this time

That tends to reduce it,

Did the GP make any comment? Did he do a differential count? (that identifies the different sorts of white cells, there are several and different things cause them to increase.
