These little events are exactly the memories I want for my children, stupidness, rather than mummy being unwell

I love your whole attitude about this mishap. The fact that you found an endearing lesson to teach your precious son about how things don’t always turn out as planned in life is so very invaluable.

As long as it is eatable, who cares what it looks like. Some of the best cake I have ever eaten look like it exploded.

Just remember you can’t judge a book by its cover, and you can judge a cake by the way it comes out of the pan!
