Hi everyone,

I'm very pleased to say that our video #THISISLUPUS which was produced as part of our Lupus Awareness Month campaign last year has been nominated for the Charity Film Awards.

The first round of voting is open to the public and we would be very grateful if you could vote for us please.

To watch the video and vote, please go to charityfilmawards.com/video... (you do need to register with some basic contact details to prevent vote abuse).

Thank you.

I'm really please to hear that this film has been nominated as I thought it was a very effective way to explain the illness.

I find the "but you look OK" really difficult to overcome. We do tend to associate illness with looking unwell. So to see a group of "normal" looking individuals talking about how Lupus affects there everyday lives really helps to break this association.

Voted!
