So everyone has been out enjoying the sun, I went out yesterday for 10 mins max and oh my goodness I was getting chest pains and joint pains!
Recently during the night I have been getting really bad pains in my knees it gets me up during the night.
It’s rubbish seeing everyone enjoying this lovely weather and us lot have to suffer! Xx
Go out really early it’s nicer then quieter
I couldn't agree more. Visited my mum yesterday and sat outside for about 15 mins. A few hours later, my hands and fingers were really painful 😣. Woke up numerous times during the night with a painful shoulder, feet, knees and hip. Dreading my first holiday abroad since diagnosis as this is the first time I've been affected by the sun.
