Hi Everyone, I am having a terrible time with “restless legs”. Does anyone have any hints, I am already on Gabapentin and Amitriptyline

Hi I know how you feel I went to my doctors and saw a different doctor he looked at my left leg and his advice was take 2 paracetamol with 2 codeie at the same time up to 4 times a day also put a pillow or leg pillow under your legs when resting and it works also tea tree oil in the bath helps
I find that magnesium oil spray helps me. I used to have a hard time sleeping because of restless legs, and rubbing the oil into my calves eases that.

Hi - I have had this for many years. Try rubbing olbas oil or deep freeze gel on your knees and ankles - it works. Some say that Magnesium (with Docs permission) is needed. Good luck
