Hi Cal66,

Merry Christmas to you and all the other people out there giving and taking advice. This post really has helped me and I hope it helps others who are in need of advice or just a friendly ear. Give yourselves a massive pat on the back ( if due to pain you can’t, just imagine doing it). You really bring light to a lot of people who like myself are constantly in pain and in dark places.
