bad headache....cant even stand.

from morning I m having serious headache.I cant even move my head.don't know the reason...but I cnt tolerate it

cant even walk..how can I go to see a doctor.if this is tolerable thn I could go.actually something pushing me down in my head.but I was almost ok even yesterday.taking parasitamol.

If you are unable to go to see your doctor, could you arrange for them to do a home visit or to at least have a telephone consultation?

Headaches are common in lupus and may be a part of the lupus itself or can be associated with a clotting condition called antiphospholipid syndrome. In any patient with lupus who suffers from headaches a systematic search for known causes should be carried out including blood pressure checking and, very important, an examination of the blood for antiphospholipid antibodies ('sticky blood') and ultimately, if indicated, a brain scan.

yes Paul,I have already talked with my doctor over telephone. he asked me to have normal parasitamol.I am having fever also.but I don't feel like cold.I m just feeling my temparature is high and feeling warm sometimes.actaully living with lupus not simple for anyone.one have to understand it by many ways.its not easy nor evenn so difficult.in a month somedays I m ok, and feel like a happy person no prblem.nothing seems worried.I m full energetic,stamina is alwz perfect.but somedays in month seems like horrible,feel warm..like fever...headache nd pain in arm,hand,leg knee..all over my body.my stamina is zero that time I couldnot even able to walk propeerly or do amy work so good.maybe its just because I m dealing with a disease like lupus😂😂..

If you are that bad try calling 111.......a headache as bad as you describe should be dealt with quickly.

Now make sure you drink plenty & keep hydrated..lots of squash & weak tea are good.

Dehydration can cause nasty headaches!

My husband has Sjogrens and he has been barely coping with massive headaches...like the one you are describing..puking, the whole shabang...he thinks they are migraines un related to Sjogrens...but since I have been Dxd with lupus, I think he is having a horrible flare...but what do I know.....anyhow, he had to go to the emergaancy and get some kind of shot...my best xx

hmm headache is a sign of flare or lupus patient its a common sign
