So I have been having low white count for the past year. It has gone from 1.5, to 1.7, to 1.2 to 1.8. My recent labs show it went up from 1.2 to 1.8 in about 3 months .. the rheumatologist says its now stable and I dont need blood work as often. Any suggestions? I am still worried and has anyone experienced this??

TY!

Your numbers are low but stable, as the rheumatologist has advised. Low WBC are common in people with lupus. I notice you have posted about this several times, as well as anxiety issues. It's normal to feel worried about your health, but if it is causing you constant anxiety and worry, you may want to speak to your doctor about getting counseling. Sometimes anxiety and depression are due to lupus as well. If you think that is the case then please bring this up with your doctor.
