Hello - i thought people may be interested in this. I've been trying lots of things to improve my situation to no avail (i have bladder incontience). I stumbled across this nurse helpline where you can get a bit of advice about new treatments available for incontinence - both bladder and bowel. Worth checking out if you're at the end of your teather.

Thanks for sharing. I have suffered terrible bladder incontinence after having my 2nd child and it took a long time for me to regain it - I'm not 100% now but so much better than I was. So I can emphathise with what an terrible thing is it to suffer from. Great post.
