Hi the one that worked for me and couldn't do without is mepacrine 100 Mg a day . It's the one that has worked for me . Hope this helps as I react badly to lots of medication x

I started mepacrine in June this year. I only take 50mg three times per week but it has had a great effect on me. All symptoms are much better and energy levels have increased too. No flare since I started it and no headaches worth mentioning - the 2 or 3 I've had have gone with pain relief first time. So for me hydroxy and MMF weren't quite cutting it but with mepacrine added, it seems to be a good combo for me. Always love positive posts. Hope you are still doing well. Wendy
