About twelve years ago my scalp became infected with itching, bleeding, pus filled sores from wearing a wig. I lost the middle and sides of my hair. The top of my scalp is bald. I've tried different things but it won't grow. Are there any vitamins, medications or hair applications that will grow it back?

Very sorry to hear this has happened to you. Has the doctor mentioned why this happened and the name of any conditions to you, such as Seborroic Dermatitis? The condition at the time may have been this and could have contributed to some hair loss, this has happened to me. I have been trying to cure my condition for 24 years and have tried every single prescription and over the counter remedy and nothing worked until now, I have only just cured the dermatitis which is shocking for me. It may be worth you trying the same product, its Selenium Sulfide Scalp application by Head & Shoulders, you could also try taking Selenium supplements too, just to see what happens. Unsure if any hair will grow back yet but at least the cause is cured. Hope you have some luck 🌞

Claire has just reminded me that my brother used Selenium Sulfide Scalp Application after many other attempts to sort out his problems and it has worked very well indeed. Hair growth back Is impossible to say as he's inherited my dad's male pattern balding. The balding is definitely genetic, not due to the condition.
