I have question... I've been having severe back pain and I've been super lightheaded all day today.... I don't know if I damaged anything last week had bad migraine and took 4 chewable tablets then hours later 2 aspirins then at 8pm took 2 alieves....

Hi! I guess whatever the cause, if you are in pain and feel light headed you should lie down and assess how you feel in an hour or two. If you can do this then you may be able to identify the cause once rested. It's hard to know when we are constantly pushing ourselves isn't it?

Both pain and medication can make you light headed. I hope you are ok soon

Hello. I would also suggest that if this is a new symptom for you, that you should see your GP or specialist. Get your blood pressure checked etc. Feeling light headed can have a number of causes. Better to be safe than sorry. Let us know how you get on. Best wishes.

I would see if it persists. I had this for a over a week and then the dr rx'd prednisone. It helped for a few days. But, I still have/had pain - just much less severe.

The oddest thing! Yesterday I took a Benadryl for allergies and my pain improved a ton! I don't know why (yet).

Have you spoken to your GP or rheumatologist about this?
