Hiya, my names Leah I'm 26 and I was diagnosed with Lupus (SLE) almost 6 years ago this winter. I'm new to this site and I thought it would be a good idea for myself to get to know others with auto-immune conditions. It would be great to be able to get tips and advice on how others deal with flare ups. I no longer feel isolated now I've been pointed to this site

Hi _lj_ ,
Please ignore my reply to your comment on the welcome post - I didn't notice you had created a post here already
What symptoms do you struggle with most during a flare?
Hi I'm Dan
Yeah I know this site is a revelation. When I was first diagnosed, everyone on here was so kind and always willing to give helpful advice.
So if you've got any questions feel free. Someone will be able to give you information based on their own experiences.
Then one day you'll be able to help newbies yourself
Hope this finds you well.
