Sorry to hear you're suffering 😢
I have similar, Fibromyalgia, Lower back pain, 2 bulging disclaim neck, Plantar Faciitis with Enthesopathy, Hyper mobility Syndrome and IBS.It's a nightmare having more than 1 symptom going on and it can feel at times like you're world is collapsing as often pain killers don't touch the pain and it can drive you nutts.
How long have you had the Plantar Faciitis for and is it both feet? I've had it for just over 2 years and lost the plot 3 weeks ago in the pain management clinic and was screaming "I want to cut my own feet off", I'm laughing now but it wasn't funny at the time.
If you've had it for a long time, it can get you down immensely. You should ask GP to refer you to a Podiatrist and you can have Cortisone injections, they are absolutely brilliant and help to cure the problem, I'm an unusual case in that mine came back after a few months of injections and we don't know why. You can also get orthotics made via Podiatrist to go inside your shoes and they are brilliant. It maybe worth going to Physio too as they can give you exercises including postural ones as your PF maybe caused by you walking incorrectly, they may run a back class group also.
Hope you get some help and support asap.

Sounds painful. Diffently pursue exercises and physio and insoles for plantar faciitis, I got it in one foot and the other, I never thought I would recover and walk normally again, takes time. I was so desperate that I went to a private physio who had the time to stretch the muscles in my foot. I just came to terms with insoles and comfy shoes. Can recommend good trainers and sketchers until you recover. Take care.
