Great day lupus peeps.I hope you have a lower amount of pain, that is we all know there is no good days.Unless our flare up goes into remission..Good news for today i no longer have the butterfly rash concealer free.That is all plaquenil has done I thought I had adult acne SMH...

Julietsmombless2015, glad  to hear you are feeling somewhat better today, hope it continues.   I just want you to know that there are good days, many, and little steps like today where you are concealer free is a great day.  One day at a time works for me but in the 30+ years I've had lupus I can honestly say that 3/4 of those days where great days with little to no pain or butterfly rash. It does happen and the right combo of meds is what has worked for me, (and removing certain stresses also helps).     Keep at it and in no time you will feel somewhat your young self. Just remember to read your bodies warning signs and rest when you have too but stay active when you can for your mental well being.

its a little better now I have has this for a very long time.Tho I had doctors saying"maybe your just depressed etc...Like I'm crazy when I knew I was not and felt like something is killing me but nobody will listen.I like that I have a name fr it I guess.It makes me feel a little better.Before I would go into remission after months of torture and then think"omg they were right I'm crazy ...How do i feel great now?I would question my own sanity and dont have to anymore.
