Measles and lupus
You can contact Out of Hours doctors by using the emergency number for the country you live in. In the UK that is 111 - and if you explain to the call handler you need to speak to a medically qualified person you will get to speak to a doctor.
If you are on immunosuppressant drugs you really should speak to someone as soon as possible as they can make it harder for your body to fight off the virus and you may need antivirals/immunoglobulins to help your immune system.
If you live in the UK please don't believe the rubbish that JHunt spouts about the NHS not being 24/7 or the figures he gives that you are "more likely to die if you go to hospital at the weekend" - that is NOT what the study says and the authors have said it repeatedly. There are always the same number of junior doctors on duty in A&E and the consultants are on call at the end of a telephone and come in when required. Little or no routine work is done at weekend: operations and other procedures done at the weekend are done on far sicker people - they are more likely to die anyway and it is the same in every country in the world just about.
