Positive notes

Well, had my first steroid injection in my knee this morning, and wow it has only taken a couple of hours to begin to have some effect, or is that just that the stress of the event and the a.m. meeting with my employer have caused the clouds of fatigue to drift down more effectively and swiftly today.

Anyway the level 3 (of 4) dismissal hearing went well (I think) with employer working towards some reasonable options in regard to redeployment and worse case scenario investigating the possibilities of early retirement due to ill health, which is a mile away from the dismissal that was originally on the cards.

Chin up and bat on then!!!
