Hi there.

I think that test is related to vasculitis rather than specifically SLE. I don't know if I was ever tested for pANCA but I have the positive tests you might expect with SLE (ANA, DsDNA, Ro, La).

Lupus UK have a good page for the tests you might expect for lupus.

Vasculitis.org.uk explain the pANCA test quite well
