Hi I use aloe vera gel to sooth my skin as I have other conditions, it really does help, but unfortunately currently due to the pyramid sales tactics of certain companies selling aloe products, there is some heavy selling going on. What I will say is that when I have severe psoriarsis it works very well to calm it, so I am never without it in the house. MaryF

I have been using the Vogel aloe Vera gel daily for almost 10 years on my feet & ankles which have the worst of my simultaneous raynauds & erythromelalgia symptoms, also joint & severe soft tissue symptoms, and get vascular rashes,

this gel is only part of the lifestyle management stuff I do, but it seems one of the most important to me. My hands have the same probs as my feet, but slightly less severely....possibly because I don't walk on them (haha) i.e. They bear less weight....but of course my hands also get covered in the gel while I rub it on my feet, so maybe the gel helps my hands too...

Hi yes I have used Aloe vera in the past another plant remedy I have used is calendula, derives from the primrose family I believe and I used to get creams and oils from the internet or Holland and Barrett stores, it made a big difference to me but do be cautious and patch test if you are going to try something new in case you are sensitive to it.

Good luck

I have an aloevera plant on my kitchen windowsill and simply cut a leaf off and slice open and apply directly onto my skin and keep leaf in fridge in a container for further use. I find it really helps in my case especially with itching.

Hi I say yes to it. I take because I was told it helps with inflammation and I have to say that my skin and inflammation has calm down a lot. I have found a shop that sells large bottles of it with mango and it's just a joy to drink , so if you can get it give it ago it's a nice drink even if it does nothing. Take care and all the best.
