Hi does anyone know if there is a Lupus support group in Fordingbridge or Ringwood in Hampshire?

Was diagnosed 2 years ago. Recently have had a flare up and have been very unwell. Thought it might be useful to meet and chat with others as i feel that often our health professionals tend to not know what to do with us with lupus

Hiya I used to live Ringwood way i couldn't find a support group but i did go for councelling which i found to be helpful. Sometimes just talking to outsiders helps! Worth a thought? ...

I know it's not Hampshire but there is a Dorset Lupus Group - found under same name on Facebook. (Not sure what they do as have not needed to at this point)
