Anyone taken MigraMax 900mg/10mg powders, acetylsalicyclic acid and metoclopride hydrochloride for Lupus headaches and nausea? Please share.

I also take Hydroxychloroquine 200 twice a day. Only on 2nd month of medication following diagnosis. Just been taking neurofen and paracetamol until now. Thank you!

I've not tried those specific drugs Wendy but have always suffered badly with headaches and migraines courtesy of SLE and, every now and then, the sheer misery of cluster migraines. If I feel a headache coming on I'll always try a couple of paracetamol first. Very important to nip it in the bud immediately. If that doesn't work, the only thing for me that invariably will is Diazepam and sleeping it off. I much prefer taking that to a barrage of other stuff. Obviously, you must be really careful and strict with yourself though as Diazepam is highly addictive. Hope that helps x

Thanks for your reply. Always. Helpful to share on here. I could feel a headache coming on this afternoon and so have taken my first sachet of this drug. I know I don't have to go anywhere tonight, so no driving etc. I'll let you know if they work.

Just to let you know that I had no adverse reaction to these powder sachets. I've used the 6 I was prescribed and will get a repeat. The jury is still out on whether they work. I am still getting the headaches / migraines. Sleep always helps though. Hope you are OK.
