I am in trouble. Have had sore stomach, as if over worked muscles for months. Now I am in bad pain when I barely move. Took pain meds.

Go see your GP, don't stay like this with the pain. Abdominal pain is difficult to pinpoint without physical examination and can have different causes. Best you get seen by a doctor.
I had this and tests revealed I had gastritis. I found drinking aloe vera juice really helped calm this down. Hope you feel better soon.
