Hi,

IMHO, you need to go to your GP & have blood tests. These blood tests should be performed regularly.

For some patients, AZ is not excreted via the kidneys & there is a build up in the body, in which case, this medication is stopped. Therefor, you need a doctor to assess you.

With good wishes,

Ros

Hi

Thank you I have bloods weekly just now as my platlets dropped last week, but they are back to normal now! Got my fbc Friday all good waiting on my liver function and things tomorrow! I have to get them redone on Tuesday again! So hopefully they’ll be okay

You have done the right thing! I really hope your blood tests are OK, but if not, there are other drugs.

I am one of those with a "defective enzyme" as Dr Hughes called it!

Stay strong & I am always here if you need to talk!

With good wishes,

Ros
