As you all know when I started on my journey to diagnosis I tried to cope with everything that was going on by writing a blog on my thoughts and feelings, because of the mess my life was in this only partially helped and quickly became more of a burden than a help. For those of you who follow me on FB, you will be aware of this and my many 'ups & downs' from then till now.
Well here I am, still not back in work, still not trusted to see my daughter un-supervised, but having complete the house move and several DIY projects to make the place habitable, and now slowly I find myself with time on my hands and still with lots to say and share, although I do not yet feel up to managing a blog again, I do sometimes find it difficult to find something interesting to share. There is however still something of the journalist in me, and I have recently picked up my camera after several years, so perhaps this is the way that I can share my thoughts, fears, failures and successes with everyone, so for anyone who is interested I have opened a Flickr account and started tentatively to upload some of my pics there, please pop along to have a look, I should be easy enough to find its under my name, Adrian Holland. I will try to post comments on some of the stuff that my Lupus, inspires and who knows perhaps this will eventually lead to me finding the inspiration to start blogging again, I will keep you posted.

It is always good hearing from you Adrian. I am sorry you are having to struggle with such a lot of issues, your health, your family difficulties. Moving is one of the most stressful events in life, yet you have managed and accomplished much in doing.
If you want to, there is no reason why you cannot use the LuPUS MB too. You could, for example, go to the Non-Medical/Social & Personal forum and start a New Topic called, Adrian's Blog. Many people "visit" and rarely comment, but this does not mean your comments are not valued. In the past people have let me know privately how they download a post, print it out and read it again and again.
You don't have to write every day or every week - just when you feel like it (or not)!
This is only an invitation to you to accept or not at any time.
Ross thanks for the tip, I will probably use the MB to get myself gently back into the habit, for obvious reasons the thought of the commitment in maintaining a blog site scares me just a little ATM.
That's what I thought you meant which is why I suggested the LuPUSMB where there is no obligation. Many come and read and never post. Others have been a member for many years; still others become members and return from time to time when they need to do so.
In other words, use the LuPUS MB for what you need.
