I'm having flare after flare, this one is causing horrible spinal pain, bowel problems, migraines and awful fatigue, I feel so wiped out.

Anyone got any tips to help reduce the spinal pain

Welcome to LUpus Patients Understanding & Support (LUPUS) at HealthUnlocked.

I am sorry to read about your flares.

You need to see your doctor who will determine the nature of your spinal pain. Please see your GP as soon as possible to get a diagnosis. Only your doctor can make a diagnosis what is wrong. You should consider containing your lupus specialist, or ask your GP to speak to him or her if your flares are not under control. You may need blood tests too.

Don't rely on the internet!

See your doctor!

Please let me know how you are doing!

We also have another website called the LuPUS Message Board where you can also post questions and talk to other people. Hi Ros, thanks for the advice, I'm seeing my Rheumatologist in 3 weeks. I've been hoping the spinal pain will recede, Sadly it hasn't, I'll make an appointment with my GP.

I'll let you know the outcome x
