Hi Lupies!

So we can talk about all of the bad things that happen with Lupus BUT this time I want to encourage us to talk and think about the GOOD things we can do to help us cope. What are some things that you do that brings you comfort and peace while battling this stupid disease? For me, I love drinking tea, listening to spa music, and diffusing essential oils to calm down. What are some things you like to do to create a peaceful space?

Refocus on the good while the pain in there.. It helps so much!

xo, Brittney

What a lovely idea. Being able to "soothe" ourselves is also very important.

I like the idea of a safe, peaceful space.

With good wishes,

Ros
