Itchy foot and swelling

My foot is really itchy and swelling it's been like this for weeks now I've used athletes foot stuff and it's going worse

Hello.

By the look of your photo it really really isn't likely to be what I was thinking - but it wouldn't hurt to get your kidneys checked out.

You can get oedemic (full on) type swelling in your ankles and feet with kidney problems.

Having said this - I wouldn't worry too much. It could be one of a million things.

My advice would be to see your doctor. It is impossible to make any diagnosis without seeing your own physician.
