1 = I know to send away as much evidence as possible, does this include copies of ANY hospital letters/ appointment cards ect that can be copied and sent back with my forms???

2= any tips on things i should write about /?

any suggestions appreciated , even if its not to do with these two questions

  • Yes with all my benefit forms I try and send copies of everything that you mentioned just to back up the claim really. At least then they can see you have been regularly seen by a Dr etc.

    Good luck.
