Any help please

Hello i would just like to see if anyone has the same problems and how their gp has helped, back in 2001 i got breast cancer, 2006 i had to have a hystorectomy since 2008 i have not been well at all 2013 i finally got someone to listen to me and tests were done, i was diagnosed with gall stones diviculitus fybro and at the moment having to wait for my bloods to be tested again for lupus even though because of the rash pain ect my gp wants to have them retested in 2 months time, my problem is in the mean while iam virtually living in bed as i feel so ill i have just had my matrifen patches increased to 50mg im still in heaps of pain feel sick and burning hot even though im in bed trying to get warm, i would love some advice on how i can improve my daily life as my gp just looks at me as if im insane please help if you can thankyou in advance for any sort of help xx
