Hi,

I too problems with my oesaphagus due to radiotherapy and found manuka honey helped, it might be worth a try and it doesnt taste too bad either! hope it helps. You can just buy a low UMF manuka honey at tesco etc and if it helps it might be worth spending a bit more on a UMF 20 from holland and Barrett etc. have a look on the internet there is some research into manuka honey too. It might be worth trying ice lollies too not a bad idea in this lovely weather!

Hi there,

For common side effects of radiotherapy and some practical advice on management go to roycastle.org lung cancer/ treatment/ radiotherapy/ side effects

I hope this helps.

Best Wishes

Beth.
