Hello all

At Roy Castle we are aware that sharing your experiences can be helpful but also difficult . As we approach the end of lung cancer awareness month you may feel lung cancer has been unavoidable, or that it still is not getting the attention needed.

A patient advocate has created a new blog that might be of interest to people who are adjusting to diagnosis, particularly those with late stage disease. You can find a link here..

cancerlivingonborrowedtime....

You will also find a range of stories from people affected by lung cancer, and audio content on our podcast "Lets Talk about lung cancer" available via our website.

Our last Information Day, a face to face chance for people affected by lung cancer to share their experience takes place in Cardiff tomorrow.

So let us know how November has been for you? Get in touch if you want to know any more about our online support, sharing your story or face to face groups,

Ask the Nurse 0800 358 7200 or email lungcancerhelp@roycastle.org

thanks
