Hello community members,

An update on some opportunities that might be of interest.

On Monday 25th September we have an Information Day in Basingstoke, RG24 9NU

There will be talks on treatment, service that can help with dietary advice, exercise and recovery and financial advice. There will be time to meet other people affected by lung cancer and ask the nursing teams questions. Buffet lunch is provided.

If you would like to attend this event, or the next day which is in Cardiff on Thursday 30th November, please contact Mari, Lorraine or Calum on 0333 323 7200 option 2. or email info@roycastle.org

We hope to have more events around the country in 2024 and also have a network of support groups that meet monthly. If you are not close to a support group or prefer not to meet face to face our Lung Cancer Connect support sessions for people on treatment, people with genetic mutation driven lung cancer and carers are meeting on zoom. For more information or to join contact Ellen on the number above.
