National Cancer Research Institute NCRI Cancer Research Survey

I have recently become one of the patient representatives at the NCRI. They have produced a survey asking for patients opinions in relation to Lung Cancer Research in the U.K. The survey asking what you see as challenges, opportunities and gaps for lung cancer research. It would be great if you could complete it, so that your ideas can be highlighted.
